About Cody Anderson

My goals are basic, but solid. I would like my clients to achieve their real estate goals by capitalizing on my experience in sales, marketing, home rehabilitation and finance. I will deliver a consistent level of service that I know my clients deserve. The direction I use with every client is to serve their needs whatever they may be, and do it in a timely manner. The reason I started my real estate business was I really liked the service that I received from my agent when I bought my first house in 2001. Not only did he help me understand the whole process, but he made me feel comfortable with it. I have made the commitment to know exactly what my buyers or seller desires are. I look forward to talking with you soon.

 

WHO: I was born in August of 1977. I’ve been selling real estate in the Twin Cities since 2002 (age 25). I grew up in Burnsville and Bloomington, but immediately moved to Minneapolis when I was 18. I’ve lived all over the metro and I’m proud to call the Twin Cities home! I know every neighborhood, road, detail and history about our metro!

WHAT: I’m a type A. I will definitely return calls, emails and text messages as soon as possible. Delays do make me anxious. I’m honest and straightforward. If you ask me a question and I don’t know the answer, I’ll take the time to find you a detailed answer. I’m consistently ranked in the top 1 or 2 agents in my office and in the top 50 of Remax in Minnesota. Which is saying a lot because there are thousands of Remax agents in Minnesota. I’m pretty candid and if you ask me what I think- I will tell you. And, if you need a quick real estate brain or have a question- I’m the one. I sell in all price ranges and styles of homes. From small condos or lots to the dream homes over a million.  I love working with first time home buyers, move up buyers, first time sellers, empty nesters, lakefront, relocation, 2nd homes, investments, farms and really….everyone!

HOW: I’m super friendly and enjoy being a good listener. I not only listen to what you say, but your reactions as we tour homes. This helps me dial in what is the most important for you. Strategy is totally my jam from the financing to the offer- I always have a plan. I’m always thinking two steps ahead and trying to avoid surprises. Negotiations during offers whether for my buyers or sellers is so FUN. I mean it too…FUN! We use every tool possible to get my clients the best price whether buying or selling. I work evenings, days and weekends. I work when my clients don’t work.

WHY: I enjoy giving back to the community. I spend a lot of time volunteering. From the Golden Valley Animal Humane Society, habitat for humanity to volunteering at Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church.  I love to travel and have been to many countries. My favorite so far, and I hope to retire there someday, is Costa Rica.
